Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order free of charge if we have not yet processed it for shipping. Please contact us immediately at 9032963322 or nammamaavustore@gmail.com to request a cancellation. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order is in the shipping pipeline.

Return & Refund Policy for Food Products
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been delivered, unless under exceptional circumstances.

We will offer a full refund or replacement ONLY in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Leaking Package: If the product package arrives damaged, torn, or leaking, making the product unfit for consumption. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

  2. Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  3. Product Quality Issue: If there is a verifiable quality defect with the product itself (e.g., spoilage, foreign object). This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Process for Refund/Replacement:

  • Contact us immediately at nammamaavustore@gmail.com with your order number, the product name, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will investigate the issue and respond within 3-5 business days.

  • Upon approval, we will initiate a replacement shipment for the defective product or process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind or dislike of taste.

  • Failure to be at home to accept the delivery.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address.
